The consulting report delivered to our client's managing director fully met the expectations previously set and new, short-term collaboration projects have been announced.
Continuing the path of strategic growth started at the beginning of the year, Conzentra has acquired Etage, the specialist IT security management services company. The whole team has been brought into Conzentra's structure. This acquisition strengthens Conzentra's offering in the area of IT security services and consulting.
Conzentra takes over MarsanPrius's IT maintenance [26/02/2008]
Marsanprius, the natural and dietary product franchise company, has entrusted Conzentra with IT maintenance for all of its franchise outlets in addition to the installation and opening of new stores throughout Barcelona and surrounding areas.
A CONZENTRA team has spent six months in Brussels, working on QA and development activities on Java/Oracle-based platforms for a major American multinational firm. The project was completed satisfactorily and was recognised by the client with a firm proposal to work together over the next two years.
Our client - which has offices in Barcelona, Lisbon, Lausanne, Brussels, Helsinki, Warsaw, Johannesburg - uses programmers and technology service companies from around the world. Based on this second project in Brussels (the first was in Helsinki in 2006), the firm has announced that it will be intensifying its operations in Barcelona and specifically with CONZENTRA.
Conzentra has installed an internal e-learning application aimed at staff at Base: Benitosports. The aim is to improve the customer support service. With this application, all operators can answer a series of previously defined test-type questions, through which they will be evaluated in relation to the customer services process. The application provides training about how to provide services to users and enables the company to improve the service and relationships with clients.
Continuing the path of growth seen at the beginning of the year, Conzentra has opened new offices in Madrid, marking a significant leap in its efforts to expand its services in the capital. The new offices are right in the main business centre in the symbolic Paseo de la Castellana. Just 10 minutes from the airport and five minutes from the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre, it is the perfect location for its Madrid base.
Following the success with the creation of their Intranet, the Catalan Winter Sports Federation (Federació Catalana d'Esports d'Hivern - FCEH) has again asked for Conzentra's services - this time with managing and updating its website.
